The teaching portion may be recorded; breakout rooms are not. This protects the intimacy and safety of your small-group connections.

Do I have to talk in breakout rooms?

You'll be guided with prompts so it feels easy and natural. You won't be put on the spot, but connection is part of the experience.

Can I invite a friend?

What happens after I register?
